Orders process in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after shipment; backordered items typically take 3–4 weeks.
All products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are new and unused. Customers pay return shipping. Refunds are issued after inspection; allow 5–7 business days after the item reaches us.
