Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to destinations supported by Shopify and our carriers, except restricted locations. International shipping is a $60 flat rate. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so Hasbro Leather absorbs duties, import fees, and carrier costs above the flat rate.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders usually process in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–7 business days after shipment; backordered items typically take 3–4 weeks.
Do I need a code for free shipping?
No. Free standard shipping is applied automatically to U.S. and Puerto Rico orders over $600.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, when in-store pickup is offered at checkout. Pickup is available during posted store hours; wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
